have not been keeping on top of my log. all this retroactive logging has prevented me from recording useful info about my little issues. shin and back have been steadily in the background these first few weeks. seem to be a bit worse after workouts, a bit better after off days, but not really much change. shins get a bit better with warmup. back is worse with increased speed, better when tightening abs and avoiding rocking back and forth.
seems like something i might be able to run through if i keep the mileage low. im worried im already behind, and worried that my outdoor times will start off slower than indoor like last year, when I also had issues around this time. if this still bothers me in april i will probably just run right through it, this might be my last track season after all
