Comments:
solid meet, had to do more work than i wanted to to win 4x800. then ran mile 68, 72, 70, 60 cruising and then dropped the hammer 600 out, closed in a 60 with a 30 last 200 shutting down with 30m left. felt too easy, won by a bit. then ran 800 legs deteriorated throughout cooldown. ran 800 wire to wire, thought i was going fast bc all alone but not really. then relaxed cooldown.
