Butt is sore from the hill sprints yesterday otherwise i felt good to go for today's workout. wind was brutal. for sure raised the intensity of the workout but we still hit our times. everything was at "5k" (I pace) and the 400s at rep. 2min rest after 800s, 3mins after 1200s, 75sec after 400s.
2:28, 2:27, 2:25, 2:26, 3:43, 3:38, 70, 68, 69, 65.
really happy with my effort today. I feel strong. def better than last year.
