Comments:
Feeling much, much better.
I actually accomplished the 24x400 workout, and hit 80-85 on each one without straining my quads. As I was warming up I still felt injured, but I gradually stretched my quads out until I could run almost normally. I'm really happy with today. After the ice bath I took after this workout, my legs feel like they've improved a lot.
Traveling tomorrow to visit my sister in Nashville for several days. Peace out, Jersey!
