planned an hour but only ended up doing 40 minutes, not quite what i wanted to do...

The return to Lifetime Fitness! did squats and deadlifts. i fucking suck at squats. 115lbs, 3x8, 2min rest. ill get those striations one day. Deadlift went from 115 to 125 to 135, 4 sets total, 2 with 135. felt it in the lower back pretty well, which is where ive been tight while running. not sure if this will help or make it worse. can't wait for monday to do chest at lifetime!!!!!!
