152. LONG RUN.

Weather: cool, high 30s.

Comments:
started out running with kristen, yoyo, and sara but kinda started running alone, just trailing them so i can see where they were going :P we went to the 1 mile then started running north. my legs ACTUALLY felt great today, they just felt very light and spinny. no shin pain or calf pain whatsoever. my right hip was not that bad but got kinda sore toward the end like usual on long runs. my stomach was okay but got a bit iffy after 6 miles. started having girl cramps .. :( but yeah. awesome long, haven't had one of these in a longass time.

splits: 9:56, 9:20, 46:07 (5 miles).
