Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
8x200 with 60 sec between, 2 min rest, 6x300, 60 sec between, 2 min rest, 5x200 at F with 2 min between each. First track workout in a little bit so I wasn't sure how this was going to go. Did this alone. Actually went pretty well. I hit the first set of 8x200 all at 34. 300s were 51-53. Last 5 200s were 28-30.
