Wanted to get a decent amount of mileage in today, but I also wanted to get in some intensity because this week's been pretty light. I decided to do a 10k fartlek on the track similar to the one I did last October: alternating 75 second and 90 second laps. Splits were 77, 92, 76, 91, 76, 89, 76, 90, 76, 90, 76, 90, 76, 90, 75, 89, 74, 90, 75, 90, 76, 90, 71, 90, 70. Weather was nice but windy. Overall I'm pretty happy with the workout. I got in a good range of paces and a decent amount of volume.
