with full recovery or even a bit more. not sure of times, i know the 400 and 300 were 60 and 45. not feeling completely "on" yet but stayed with the guys the whole time. found myself breathing heavy, feel like my cardio is behind my speed and strength. shin and back got better through the workout. its now been two workouts within the span of the week and the nagging pains arent much worse -- so clearly i should be training through. still two days off this weekend to prevent too quick of a buildup
