Comments:
ran river rat 5k at BR. first mile went out a tad fast cuz zach nowicki decided to haul baaaws. at a little over a mile i started to build up some speed but then it was subdued by snowy trails and more snowy trails and colliding and dodging runners. got stuck behind zach. when we got out of that shizz i started to build up some speed again and by the time i finished i wasnt really exhausted at all. prolly coulda run faster but watevssss. also, achilles was bugging me a tad during the race on and off but it was very faint.
