Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I went to the doctor who pretty much said that I can just stretch and ice the IT constantly and it should get better. He even x-rayed me to make sure it wasn't a stress fracture. I was quite cautious with this run, but earlier today in PE we did a joke of an "interval workout" on the indoor running path and that felt great, even running at a cruise.
