154. LONG RUN.

Weather: rainy, cold. 30s.

Comments:
ran alone today. so out of it. i'm too tired. anyway, pretty good run today. calves/shins felt pretty sore for the first 2.5 miles but my shins/calves felt really good on the backend of my run. my right hip started to feel sore with 2.5 miles to go and it got to a point where it stung around 1-2 miles... ): my form was so off after my hip started hurting. it just felt sore and kinda in pain ): icing tonight. other than my hip it was a pretty good run. :)

splits: 10:14, 10:02, 9:56, 9:43, 9:45, 9:58, 9:59.

extra: myrtle, plank 2, calf rehab, hip stretch, 100 up.
