Comments:
Did the normal drills and strides routine followed by an easy 10 miler. I think I overdid it a little to be honest. The combination of drills, strides, and yesterday's workout took more out of my legs than I realized. The 10 miler felt good at first but turned into a slog. I may have to postpone Tuesday's track workout to Wednesday
