Weather: very nice, cloudy, 65

Comments:
did a warm up, stretched, drills and 2 laps w/ pickups. then did 1000 threshold and then 400 mile race pace. 3 sets of that with 2 minutes inbetween each interval. went 3:15, 65, 3:07, 65, 3:14, 65
1000s felt relaxed, tried to bring middle closer to 3:10 and went too far. 65s felt natural. then did a long cooldown at 7:30s or so
