Weather: 70s and nice in the shade

Comments:
Ran a few miles with Chrissy to start off and then ran 10 with Kevin. I felt pretty tired to start off but once I got going I felt pretty good. We were moving pretty well for most of the 10 miles. It really helps to have someone to go with on long runs. I feel like I'm getting stronger though, I didn't start to feel it until 11 or 12 miles this time around. A great start to the week, I've always like starting with the long run.
