Comments:
Met Tom and Trey at the gym. Started off with some med ball/core work. Main workout was:

3 rounds:
45 sec on/15 sec off (30lb dbs)
Straight leg deadlift
plank and rows
squats
push-press
high pull
cross body mountain climbers
jumping lunges
reverse lunge and swing
T-pushup
bent over rows
2 minute rest

We finished off with some bosu ball squats and box jumps. Going to do it again on Thursday!
