Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
5x5minutes at tempo pace with 2 minutes of jogging in between each. then I added on some more mileage at a steady pace. this route was NUTS, it was so hilly. I had no way to gauge my tempo pace but I felt like I got a good workout in. except at some points I was definitely going too slow because the hills were just so bad
