I had to leave at 4:45 so I noly did melanson's and coach S's station. Apparently the other station didn't really involve anything of importants anyway.
We did a lot of stairs and bunny hops and tire flips. I sliced my hand open on one of the tires. Felt fine and i'm very happy we're gonna start training for real tomorrow
