Really hard one today: 5 sets of 1200 (1min rest) 400, then 3min between each set. essentially just hard mile repeats in disguise. I really went to the well today. by the third set my form was already falling apart. really had to focus. I did hit my times. 3:40 and 3:41s on the 1200s, and then 68-69 on the 400s. about 4:49 per 1600.
