156. WORKOUT 2 - SPEED.

Weather: cold, sunny, mid 20s.

Comments:
warmup and workout alone, cooldown with sara, danielle, and yoyo. workout felt okay today. i actually felt better than i thought i would feel. shins were a bit sore during the warmup. right hip was also aching on the warmup but on the workout, the only thing that was iffy was my left ankle. it's been hurting these past few days so i've been icing and stretching and rolling them. felt pretty decent. breathing was okay. still working on picking up my knees and using my arms while running.
