ran the mile. chilly and quite windy, not the best conditions. uneventful race, tucked in a few meters behind sam dodge the whole time, finished in the exact same position in 4:38. didn't strain at all really, couldve definitely gone out faster. extended the cooldown around the neighborhood. left my shin sore, ice after
