Comments:
elliptical then strength with peter. have gotten to the point where i can go steady at level 9 and 190+ steps/min. starting to think the shin thing is very calf related (good). i haven't been barefooting because of the calf/shin this season, and i haven't been doing heel toe walks, so i think my calves are probably weak. will get more on top of that and see if the issues disappear for good
