Comments:
Well I wasn't sure what to do, based on the calendar, but A1 seemed right. So I ran 6 repeats of 1 mile on my route through Nashville. There were lots of hills so it felt like a nice XC workout to compliment my moving from the 1 mile to the 3k SC. It felt like an extended version of the A1 10k repeats on the fields. So it was good.

(and yeah, my cool down really was that slow. No shame.)
