Tempo on the track

Comments:
1.5 wamup, then 6 mile on the track so that I would stay on pace... stayed pretty consistent throughout the whole thing, can't remember 4th mile split though: 6:58, 13:58, 20:47...34:43, finished it up in 41:33.Felt really easy, and legs felt great the whole time just a little mentally rough doing it on the track. 1.5 cool down
