Straight leg deadlift
Plank and rows

High pull
Cross body mountain climbers
Jumping lunges
Reverse lunge and swing
T-pushup
Bent over rows
2 minute rest

We did the med ball core routine after this time. Jumped in the pool and chilled in the hot tub for a little bit too :)
