Overall easy with some high tempo points. All I can do is maintain at this point. The best thing for me is keeping my lungs cleaned over the next three days. Cutout smoking, breath exercises and working on lung capacity during the run. I also need to be hydrating NOW. The race is way to early to be worried about hydration on race day!
