Comments:
cuz i woke up late and did the GTL. went to the gym, didnt quite tan but did laundry.
3 sets of squats with 125lbs, progressing 10lbs this week. then did 2 sets of front squats with 95 then 105. they werent as hard as i thought theyd be. hurts the wrists.
then did a set of 135lb deadlift, felt much easier than last week so switched to 145 for the next set and 150 for the final set. felt pretty good.
had some fun on the leg press, did kind of a pyramid with the weights, ending with a 45 and a 25 on each side.
then some hamstring curls for the first time with 100lbs on the machine. gotta balance everything out.
Took a whole bunch of Bcaas. felt just fine, lifted at the end of the F-phase 18-19hours.
Went home and took in about 1400 calories with about 100grams worth of protein like an animal.
soreness report: upper lats are very sore - the altered grip did the trick. lower lats kind of feel a bit sore if i press into them with my hand. upper back is actually slightly sore, but still not as sore as i'd like it to be. Tbar rows should take care of that next week, looking forward to it.
