Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
1M warm-up, 2M cool-down

Workout was: 1000, 1200, 1600, 1200, 1000 @ I-pace (73/400m) w/ 3 min jog inbetween.

I did: 1000 (3:03), 1200 (3:41), 1000 (3:11), 1000 (3:11), 800 (2:31).
Felt awful! Legs had no power and it was a huge struggle to get moving and running 77's felt like race pace. The heat didn't help but snowboarding and 3 days off must have taken it out of more than I thought.
