Comments:
Went out this morning and did the Bancroft loop as a shakeout. My left foot hurt in the ankle area for the first 3/4 of a mile and I decided to run until a mile to decide if I should turn back or not and it seemed to sort itself out so no harm done. Not looking forward to the workout later
