Comments:
Went out today figuring I'd take it pretty lightly but I guess I was pretty smooth from the start and faster than I expected for a recovery run. I hit the first 5 miles in 6:35 pace and picked it up for the last 5 and just felt really good and in control. Lots of people honking at me and yelling my name...no clue who they were. Last 5.1 miles were at 6:06 pace
