Weather: not very cold, pretty nice

Comments:
1M warm-up, 1.75M cool-down
3x400m @Rpace (68) (69.5, 69.3, 68.7) w/400m jog recovery (~2:15) + 2x800m @Rpace (68) (2:19.3, 2:23.1) w/800m jog recovery (~4:30) + 1x600m @Rpace (68) (1:44.7) w/600m jog recovery (~3:30) + 6x200m @Rpace (68) (34.1, 34.3, 34.2, 34.5, 33.8, 33.9) w/200m jog recovery (~1:10).

Workout was 3x800m, but after that 2:23 where I went 71,72, I cut the last one to 600m and it went a lot better w/ 69, 35. Felt Better than Wednesday but still not feeling like I have the previous few weeks. Don't feel confident going into races in a week.
