Weather: WINDY coldish

Comments:
3 sets of 5x300 at R pace with 1min rest. jog lap between. did 2 & 4 over hurdles. times were between 49-52. never felt completely taxed but my muscles were having trouble holding the fast pace. really made me feel like a 5k guy rather than 1500. hurdles did not feel great. the terrible wind just made this kind of stupid to do.
