Little too fast recovery run

Comments:
Meant to have a really easy recovery day today but I guess the pace ended up being faster than I intended. Felt alright/pretty solid today or else I wouldn't have been running as quick but to be honest I thought I was probably clipping off 7:00s like I intended. Over dressed in fulltights and 3 layers of top because it was freezing this morning and I assumed it still was...that lead to me overheating a little bit and might have affected my legs or at least they felt constrained.
