Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So some of us had to do the workout from yesterday today because of the ib trip. So I ran with Ben Mertus. It was a good workout. We alternated the lead on each on and it felt easy. We were only above 33 like 2 or 3 times.

On the second one when I finished I went to step up onto the curb and my foot didn't really get onto the curb and I fell onto my side and it kind of hurt. It was funny though and provided a nice distraction for the next couple. Felt pretty good today. I wish I could of done it yesterday in spikes though. I feel much stronger then I was in indoor and cross country. The workout felt easy.
