Comments:
first mile of the four was the hardest. after that it was easier on my legs adn my cardiovascular lungzz. went through 2 miles in about 11:42. last mile was the fastest. low 5 40s i think. tempo really didnt feel too hard until the last mile or so and harder when i started picking it up the last 800m.
