Comments:
Was cruising through first 6 miles and then hit a monster hill that crushed legs. Hung in there but hamstrings were hurting for the last few miles. Right IT band hurting a little too. Was not strong on the hills and mile 7 and 12 had big ones. Happy with 3-min PR but I know I am in 1:19 shape.
