Originally I was gonna run 5, but the left side of the sole of my left foot started hurting around 2.2 miles in so I turned around. Luckily after I stopped to tie my laces the pain mostly subsided, and it was gone by the time I was finished with the run, but I'm still a bit nervous. I think it might be a good idea to replace these shoes because I've been having a lot of foot troubles lately. On the upside I did a good job of keeping the pace under control throughout the run. I'm thinking I might go to the track tomorrow to do an easyish workout, but it depends on how I feel.
