Comments:
Perfect weather. Felt pretty good but a little tight coming in. Hit 5:05 at the mile, which was I think more in control than conferences. Stayed strong in the 78 range for longer this race. Lost focus a bit with a mile to go and lost the lead pack which prevented me from having a shot at sub 16. Last 800 was solid, and last 400 overall my kick was good. Still, a 5 second PR which feels great. Happy with the race, but I know I'm ready to hit sub 16.
