Comments:
Tried to do this workout. Was okay for the first 2 2ks. Then I failed on the 3rd one, coach pulled me out and told me I wasn't allowed to run or cross train all weekend. Was late to practice because I took a nap and overslept, felt soooooo sick. SO WINDY. We tried to take turns on the wind but Nicole runs in the third lane so it was just me and Julie struggling against it. I bitch out in the wind and start panicking.
No cooldown. Feel like I was grounded.
