Best race of my life this far, I ran a 2:22 in the 4x800, 9:38 overall. We ran our hearts out but it just wasnt quite enough today. I cant be too upset about a 5 second PR and my legs have never hurt so badly after a race before so I know I did all that I could have done. Its the next day and it still hurts to walk. This race is getting me really excited for the open 800 in outdoor.
Oh, I also had a nice PR in the 600 in this race as well, 1:43
