Comments:
bike hard for an hour, 27 minute run. pain definitely subsiding and new shoes are helping. realized that this will be an especially short season, but i'll still need to try to drop my 5k by at least 10 seconds for me to call it a good year. hopefully, i can start working out next week, but for this entire season, i'll need to keep my mileage low as to make it to the end, but to double(whether that's a swim/bike/jog) everyday, regardless of whatever work i have, to keep my fitness high.
