Tempo Recovery

This is kind of an odd run. I did these miles on the greenway at UNC, and did them as fast as I could, despite the heat. This is a strange kind of transition between my old long run pace (7'15" - 7'45") to what I want to be my new pace (6'30" - 6'55"). Considering how hot it was out, I did my best and ended it just under 8 miles. I know recovery runs should be longer, but this is was a bit of an experiment to see how fast I can go while remaining comfortable.
