Steeplechase!

Great, great day. I learned how to run a steeplechase and had a lot of success with it, while still feeling a lot of potential in me. It felt strange having one foot wet and the other nearly dry, but that was the only feeling that was hard to get over.

I'm so psyched to continue my steeple training. I just feel like everything I did in high school track and Kenyon cross country has led up to this event. I'm very content with what I'm doing this season.
