Comments:
4x8 and 4x4. 4x8 in 8:11 with a 2:00.6 leg for me. it was weird because I didn't feel like I went out extra fast (58high / 61) or worked extra hard in general, but i puked after anyway. was thinking about scratching the 4x4 but I didn't feel too bad after a while, and was encouraged to go for it. glad I did, it was a great race. was handed the baton in the lead by a bit. stayed in the lead until about 150 in. coming around the second curve the entire race went by me, got passed by four or five people. found something more as I came into the final straight and got back into second place. somehow managed to pass the last guy with about 20 meters to go for the win and a 52.9 split. cant believe it
