Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
segment 1: ran up allegan hill just from the bottom to the top 6 times pretty hard. fairly easy.

segment 2: started at big tree by school and ran at a pretty hard pace all the way to allegan hill(almost); then jogged/strided/jogged/strided back to starting point, waited 1 minute and repeated. most were under 1:30. started to get pretty difficult the last two. did 5 of them. felt really smooth and fast after the fist couple.

segment 3: went back to allegan hill. did A, B, C, A, B, C and it felt a lot easier than the last couple of hills on the last segment.

achilles never felt strained during workeut.
