Comments:
We did a run in the pouring rain, which had created many puddles to a degree that it almost felt as though we were swimming. I felt pretty normal and the IT actually got better as the run went on. I was so happy to be out again; hopefully this continues. We did planks, leg lifts and Timmy and I did a set of 25 pushups.
