Weather: windy, rainy/snowy, low 30s.

Comments:
ran warmup, workout, and cooldown aloneee. felt like shit today. everything just sucked. the bright side, my right hip was only sore and wasn't in pain. my shins were SOO bothersome.. idk why. i stretched out good last night. but they sucked. my shins felt like they were breaking each step i took. what was even more horrible was my breathing. i just couldn't control it... ): and the wind hitting me made me nauceous as hell by the end. -___- horrible workout for me. i was also a second or two slower on each on .. -___- ugh. :(
