Nice workout. I bumped into people a lot during the 100s, which is something I need to work on. For half of the workout, I thought our first set counted as one of the four, so I went into Set 4 thinking it was our last. Luckily that meant I had pushed myself pretty hard on the earlier sets, and really worked my body on the last ones. Ignorance might not be bliss, but it means improvement.
What I loved today is seeing people really adhering to the goals we set to improve all our runs in little, significant ways. We did a 3 mile warm-up, 3 mile cool down, and from what I could tell everyone is making efforts to put the right food into their bodies quickly after we finish running. Great stuff.
