see title. ended up being longer than I thought, will probably have to adjust the plan of a long run tomorrow, maybe something shorter and a bit faster with weights. otherwise will rack up too much mileage this week, especially since I'm planning on maybe doing 5 runs instead of 4 (wow!).
shin got a bit better throughout the run and didnt seem to be noticeably worse after the 4x4 on saturday. thankfully, i dont think running on it is doing too much harm
