Comments:
did the first real speed workout of the year. ladder 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 w/ 3 min cycle on 5, 2 min cycle on 4 and 3 and 1 min cycle on 2 and 1 then 10 min rest between sets. aiming for 800 pace (15 for 100)
went 77, 62, 47, 28, 14 and then 78, 64, 49, 30, 13
workout was really demanding, didn't help doing second set all alone. legs felt like jelly 200m in to every rep on the 2nd set.
good workout though, eye opener
